I don't think recall reading any actual reports of TC failures post F37 other than the failure-to-engage-when-cold-thing which I have experienced only once when parked on a steep incline. How many miles are being put on with the redesigned TC? Is the jury still out on whether or not the F37 actually fixed anything?

I had f37 done in dec of 06. The TC started to give out in mid Jan 07, had a new TC put in mid Feb 07, under warrentee then I deployed for five months. I have been back for about two months, and my TC is slipping again. I never had any problems before f37. Needless to say I have not been very pleased with F37, it is the worst thing that has happened to my Jeep.
