Has anybody tried te Edelbrock IAS shocks?I saw them recently+was wondering if they are any good. |

Too much $ for the same performance as Ranchos. Knew someone who had them on an f-150. He said "good shock but not worth 100 bucks a piece." I have never used them. |

Yes, I put the IAS shocks at both ends of a '98 Dodge 3/4 ton, when the truck had only ~800 miles on it. The new truck rode terrible, not so much rough, but jiggly, even on smooth pavement. The Edelbrocks smoothed things out a lot, and performed well for the 75k miles I had the unit. Most of the time there was a heavy Alaskan camper on the shortbox truck and the shocks damped this load just fine. They did NOT make the ride stiffer or harsher than the OEM shocks. I bought them online, and the cost at the time was less than Ranchos. |

I've never heard anything good about Edlebrock shocks. |
