Thinking about buying new rims and tires, If i want a 15inch

Post subject:  Thinking about buying new rims and tires, If i want a 15inch
15 inch rim say 15x8 will they fit with 30x9.5 tire? Im thiking about selling my current set and getting new wheels and tires. Any help is appreciated. O i should mention i like the American Racing Atlas in 15x7 or 15x8 is it 5 on 4.5 like wrangler? I might be willing to put a very small lift on like 1 inch to clear maybe puck?

I know for a fact that the 15" Canyon/Ravine wheels from the TJs will not fit.

It seems to vary alot with what 15" will fit.

According to my wheel guide the AR Atlas won't fit the Libs.
