Which is the sensor for the EGR? I undid the one on the top of the air round air intake. Or is it the one on the top side of the airbox?

The MAF sensor is in the top of the round tube, between airbox and turbo - the one in the side of the airbox cover is Intake Air Temperature - actual EGR valve is rear of engine on driver's-side, under the intake manifold..

Does anybody have the correct part numbers for these 2 sensors. My dealer ordered p#53013733-AB - according to the FSM this is the number for the MAP near the firewall on top of the manifold. The factory however sent the MAF sensor, the one that enables/disables ORM versions.
My OBDII code is for a bad manifold pressure sensor - causing a CEL once or twice aday. Cleaning this unit does not help. Wondering if the number in the FSM is correct or that Chrysler simply sent the wrong part. The number on the sensor looks like a Bosch number that does not seem to correlate to anything else I have seen.
