She's up for sale on eBay. Item #140171442128

ebay listing

If you know of anyone looking for a well maintained CRD in very nice condition, pass the word along! Lots of extras go with her.

I hate to part with her....but a Mini Cooper has won over my heart. You can't get much more opposite of a Jeep than that, can you?!?!

A Mini Cooper S would be my choice for a second car...they are a nice car. What about your teardrop trailer? I wonder if the Mini "S" could pull it?

Yea, i'm sure the Mini Cooper "S" is a fun little car. I test drove one of the regular Mini Coopers and liked it. It was fun to drive....so I can imagine that the "S" is a real screamer! I bet it would pull a teardrop. Don't have to worry about that now, though. I sold the teardrop earlier this summer...had to sell as I needed the money for a new house.

I wonder what its like to be without a Jeep?

Ever since I was 16 I always had at least one Jeep around.

In fact I wonder what its like to only have 1 or 2 cars, I have 7 here now, not counting my roomates cars.

How very odd.

well as of today there are no bids on it. Technically, he could cancel the auction if you had the desire to work something out with him. Once someone bids, the auction has to continue. maybe make him an offer through a PM. a month is not that long to wait if a smooth transaction is waiting in the wings, so to speak.

Me too. I've always had a 4x4 and a street car. And with the family, we've got 4 vehicles. :D

Absolutely! I just listed it today, so it certainly is not sold by any means! Let's make a deal, click23....and I always have reason to go to Nashville. I have friends there and travel there several times a year. Just say the word.

I would love to buy one off of someone here, instead of a dealership. I just have a few questions:

Has it had any leaking at the heater plug?

Have you had any problems out of the intercooler or turbo?

Does it have any of the mods listed in the forum, ORM, EHM, etc??

Have you had any limp modes? If so what was done to fix it, and how long ago did this happen?

Do you think that you were one of the "lucky ones" who bought a relatively trouble free Jeep?

I plan on getting my loan through elaon, you might want to check out the FAQ to make sure everything is good with you: http://tinyurl.com/2r4t29
Thanks,
Robert

EDIT:

After looking up your posts, I have a few more questions:

What happened with the hard shift around 35 mph?

Any leaks at the rear main since it was replaced?

Does it still have the squeaks and groans in the front end?

Does it still have have the shudder, jerk at 70 to 75?

Any more oil leaking in the hose between the intercooler and the turbo since the "charge hose" was replace?

Thanks
Robert

The new MCS is pretty tame until you keep your foot in it past 5000rpm. First thing to go on the MCS is the tires.
