pure guess you probably have a wheel sensor going bad - I think all of your acronyms use the same sensors as input to the computer. and once a light goes on - it takes 3 engine cycles to clear (start - heat up - stop) |

I had the same a year ago. Got all sensors replaced, the ABS module replaced, the BCM replaced. Problem not solved. Dealer was stumped. After a week in the shop they found out that the rear portion of the wiring harness (near the rear axle) was faulty. Once this was replaced the problem vanished for 10 months.....yes it is back. So I will have to take it in. I suspect that a harness connector is poorly designed, road salt or water enters during bad winter driving conditions and corrodes some connection(s). I have verified that it does NOT effect the ABS operation but only the traction control. I will take it back to the dealer after the Christmas break and have the harness replaced or whatever it takes. |
