I liked it when I saw it - the extended length before the turn-down helps prevent sooting-up the bumper and tailgate

BTW - was that a local muffler shop job?

A good Speed Shop here that used to do work for me. Total Cost with pipe (FlowMaster piping/bends) and welding...$200.00. It definitely sounds better than stock...just a tad deeper and not really noticeable on the highway...but don't quote me on that

Mine is exactly like this but I think it's 2.5". The guys at Midas did it for $60... go figure. It is louder at idle but once you're up to speed you don't notice.

Mine has no muffler at all...the previous was 2.25"/2.5" with Cherry Bomb Glasspack. It sounded ok but I lost mpg/power.

The new one is not crimp bent but welded with mandrel bent peices...as simple as it can be. It does sound good at idle and blippen" the throttle

You can hear the turbo spool ... midrange feels much stronger ... highway mileage at 65mph (GPS) is 30+ ... City Stop n' Go has been averaging 22+ (and I am lifted with some skids-but they are lightweight aluminum)

I have been paying close atttention to my driving habits...added AirTabs on the back of the CRD...made a grill block and air scoop/catch...3" of course...and today I removed my rear seat all together (should help a bit in Stop n' Go. I do want to make a front air dam that extends down 4-5" and covers the front tires better...and make it easy to remove but look good.
