I installed the single harness in the Jeep, and I had no tail lights. I was at Dodge today for about an hour and they told me I needed to install the aux harness. My question is this: I thought that if you had the EVIC you didn't need the aux harness. Has anyone else ran into this? Mine is an 06 Limited with the factory EVIC. Any help is appreciated.

if you have the EVIC you need the one harness that goes in the back that simply plugs into the current taillight harness.

I have the EVIC, but they are telling me that I still need the aux harness because the wires aren't in my loom. My Jeep was produced in late 05, so they say that could be contributing. Since I have the symptoms of needing the harness, and don't have the wires in my harness where the aux wire harness directions show them going, I thnk I actually may need the aux harness. This can be a lesson to everyone--Just because you have the EVIC, it doesn't mean that you only need the one harness.
