When I got my Jeep back from the stealership a few months ago for CAC hose replacement, they took off my ProVent and put the configuration back to factory spec. They honored the warranty, didn't say anything about the mod and sent me on my way. When I got back home and lifted the hood, I saw that the ProVent was gone (I blew the hose about 100 miles from home in the middle of the desert. Luckily there was a dealership in Kingman, AZ that only took 10 days to diagnose and fix a blown CAC hose. Even though I told them what the problem was after replies to my post on this forum). I called the dealership and told them to send it back to me and they said they would. Two weeks later, I called them again and they said that the tech threw it away! These guys were slow, but pretty cool to work with and they offered to replace it for me! I gave them the details and about 3 weeks ago I got a brand spankin new ProVent. I think that the tech paid for it himself or something because the customer name on the packing slip mentions nothing about the dealership. Anyway . . . here's my problem: the Jeep had the ProVent installed on it when I bought it from the original owner and I wasn't too keen on way it was installed. It wasn't attached to anything and was just resting in the nest of relays near the left rear of the engine compartment (as you are facing the front of the vehicle). I thought that I had seen pics and a tutorial somewhere on the forum, but I can't seem to find them now. Can someone point me in the right direction. I can't get to it for 10 days or so, but I am due for fluid changes and I have a whole stack of stuff that I am going to do (LubeLocker gasket for rear diff, CAT fuel filter and bleeder mod, new Fumoto drain valve, Hi/Low headlight mod, etc) and I would like to have all of the parts and materials on hand to just spend a wonderful, relaxing day wrenching

They did let me come back with him and we chatted about CRD's for quite a while. The tech wanted one pretty bad and was asking me all kinds of questions about it. They even went halfs in the rental car. Other than the fact that I had to drive a PT Cruiser for a couple of weeks, it wasn't bad for a breakdown situation.
