I was thinking of getting a scangauge for my CRD. Do all the read out's work?
I remember some previous problems with them, any updates on that?

No they don't all work and the unit will quit reporting due to the CRD design after a fashion (15 minute-2 hours). I recently noticed that the downshift from 5th to 3rd at speed seemed to coincide with shut down of the SGII. I still use it for turning off the cel but probably will disconnect it when out on the road.

I've had several occasions where I have the 5th to 3rd issue and my ScanGauge II is still working fine.. and continues to work for a while longer. My SGII does stop working at completely random times. Very annoying.
