For one thing, it's a scam, there is no "secret". It's a mix of gasoline, kerosene and used vegetable oil. For another, with current fuel prices, $0.42 a gallon is a fantasy. And for a third, you are risking your injection system and your engine by burning vegetable oil mixed with flammable solvents. The CRD is not designed for volatile fuels having no vapor recovery system, a safety risk, and it's not designed to burn vegetable oil, which will gum up your rings and polymerize in your engine oil. For a run-down on this junk visit this thread on the biodiesel infopop site: http://biodiesel.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/419605551/m/4511077101 |

x2 what UFO said. Bad stuff. There are many sad and expensive tales of woe from people that have run that stuff. You might get away with it in an older mechanical injection engine in August in south Louisana for a little while. But I wouldn't take he chance. Clint |

Some dreams never die like the carburetor that could deliver 60 MPG in a 60's full sized car running on water ![]() If this stuff did work, we could buy a bottle, reverse engineer it and make it at home. It is like all the spam I get in my Gmail spam box that promises I will grow part of my body 3 inches if I take this herbal pill that costs $60. They must be talking about my gut and not what they imply in their add. Besides GUINNESS tastes better and has proven results that have passed the test of time ![]() Steve |

I actually ponied up the cash for this "secret". Once I read through the instructions, made a few phone calls and posted to a couple of biodiesel forums I trashed it all. UFO is right. It's waste veggie oil, kerosene, gasoline, diesel fuel additive and their "Special additive". You can build an appleseed processor yourself and make high quality bio for about $1.35 a gallon at today's pricing in my area for the stuff to make a batch. No it is not a Dump-Stir-Drive option, but it is a much better alternative than trashing your engine with the "easy" alternative. Do some research, join some forums and ask a lot of questions. There are a lot of people home brewing biodiesel that are more than happy to share their knowledge with new comers. There are a number of members on this forum doing it. It may not be for you, but at least you won't go into it blind. A good place to start is this forum http://biodiesel.infopop.cc/6/ubb.x?a=cfrm&s=447609751. I was just introduced to a guy that lives 40 minutes away from me that has been making the stuff for 4 years. I still don't know if I am ready to commit or not, but with dino diesel prices getting close to $4.00 per gallon its tempting. |

I heard about this yesterday from a friend and it sounds pretty cool. Of course the problem with this is that hydrogen is just a container for energy, meaning you have to spend power to get hydrogen, and due to thermodynamics, you'll always spend more than you create. So if you can create hydrogen on the vehicle, instead of doing that you would do better to simply send the power your using to create the hydrogen directly to moving the vehicle and skip out on the losses involved in creating hydrogen. In other words, this is a scam. |
