I found this motor on Ebay that is a direct swap into a mazda b2200 truck, it seams interesting but I bet it would be hard to find parts for... Imagine this in a jeep with a divorced tcase... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-Used-Mazda-B2000-B2200-Turbo-Diesel-Engine-w-Tranny_W0QQitemZ190204445809QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item190204445809#ebayphotohosting |

I have looked at and considered engines from this supplyer before. They seem on the level, though you will never know if you actually get all the parts you need for the swap. |

1987-1991 - 2.2 L (2209 cc) F2 I4, 85 hp (63 kW) Why would you want a 2.2L diesel in the first place? For a project perhaps? |

I am pretty sure there are more deisel engines in europe than japan, plus you don't run into the RHD issues. |
