I have been considering selling my truck and buying a second CRD. Seems if you can find one, they are not coming down in price-EBAY included. |

him if it did not sell on ebay i wanted it.. it didn't sell and i got it at decent price... and he didn't have to give anything to ebay i believe. He still had to pay a listing fee and depending upon his reserve and/or starting bid it could have run nearly as much as selling it would. I think people still owe enough on them that they are unable to sell that for what the market can bear, so there and plenty of CRDs being listed just not being sold. |

I thought of selling mine only because since I have retired I have greater need for a pickup. Haven't really found a truck I like that much they all suck too much gas. |

Ya, but that just makes too much sense. |

Install the KJ CRD into a Dakota club cab or 4-door pickup, 2wd or 4wd, for greater utilitarian duty - just strip the KJ, transfer everything over, transfer case is same - more room for radiator, larger charge-air cooler, all the amenities Was reading where DCJ wanted the KJ CRD experiment to go away, but production volume to meet demand was greater than planned, so that wasn't happening, causing some problems in disposition in USA - apparently Euros are more satisfied with and take better care of their Diesels than we do, resulting in less problems for MrMoService. |

I’m still thinking about buying another CRD. I see them all the time in Auto Trader, Car Max, and advertised in random places on the internet. I’ve seen CRD’s as cheap as $14,000. Now that a non-EGR 2.8 VM Motori is available, I might consider doing a diesel swap in another KJ. I’m also considering doing the 2.8 swap in a Wrangler. Either way, I’ll be making my own biodiesel so I will keep with diesel applications from here on out. I suspect that there are going to be a lot of diesel trucks out on the market in the next few years. The Dodge Ram ¼ ton might have one this Fall. |

I really think the KK or Commander might make a pretty decent truck body... |

The XJ was unique in the fact that it was a unibody truck, probably still the highest production truck with a unibody. |
