I got us a factory direct deal a year ago for $149. Search for it here to find the order code. |

Scangauge website says: "Jeep Liberty with the diesel engine does not report fuel use or trip functions and some of the gauges. Unless the recall ECU software update has been completed." So what exactly doesn't work? Don't really care about the fuel use... but the reason to buy it is to get the gauges, so which ones don't work? Greg |

Interesting comment. The SGII works fine until it doesn't then virtually none of it works. The time between when it does and when it doesn't can be counted in tens of minutes and hours. I have had it quit on two occassions when the OD also became disengaged at 70 MPH. HEART STARTER!!!!! |

Here is an email reply I got from LL in March. Asked about x-gauge for trans temp and mentioned the shutdown. Hi, Unfortunately we do not have Jeep/Chrysler specific commands yet. Keep an eye on our website for updates on that. As far as the turning off, if you have not tried it yet you may be able to stop it from happening if you slow down the ScanGauge. MORE>MORE>RATE>SLOW It seems to help some case, but not in others. I wish I could be of more help. Regards, Joey Snyder Linear Logic |
