I am about to change atf in my 2003 KJ diesel (crd) / selectrac / 70 000 kilometres

a) do you have some really good how - tos on this procedure?

b) what kind of atf +4 oil (the castrol atf +4 is hard to get here in Norway.

c) which filters do I change (and where can I get them - e-bay?)
