So on the way home from work yesterday, some guy in a gas Libby pulls up next to my wife and is yelling about here motor sounding funny and that he thinks there must be something wrong with it

Tell him you put diesel fuel in it, and that's what happened....

It is amazing how few people are aware that there is, from the factory, a Jeep Liberty diesel. It makes you wonder how Jeep would have done if they advertised this truck during the super bowl when they were trying to sell them. Twice, people have approached me at the fuel station to point out I was pumping diesel instead of gas. Most people have never heard of them ever being made. They see the CRD emblem but can't relate that to the vehicle being a diesel. The first question is "What kind of mileage ya gettin out that?" second is "How ya like it?" and thirdly is "Are they still sellin em?" |
