I just put 800 highway miles on my new Provent and it is working as expected except for one thing. There is a fog of black oil from the puck part way up the hose to the Provent and a small amount of black oil in the hose right at the puck ....all as expected. What I find odd is a small amount of clear liquid in the drain pipe of the Provent. Any ideas on what this is?

I have a clear drain tube routed down behind the front bumper just below the airbox capped for periodic draining. This allows me to see how much schtuf is in there. At any given time, I can see a small portion of clear liquid in the stack. I'm keeping a plastic bottle in the garage for all the drainage between a given set of oil changes. It'll be interesting to measure how much is in there when the ticker rolls around again.

Thanks everyone...water vapor makes sense but I must admit I was hoping for premium gas from my own little cracking tower :D
