Guys! My '05 has 49,000 miles on it and I have recently noticed a rattle/rumble that sounds like it is coming from the left side of the engine. 'Sort of in front of the steering wheel? Has anyone heard any noises like this? Vague I know... I need to get up on a lift and poke around! Thanks Tom |

Sounds real close to the noise/rattle I experienced. Here is what I did to fix it: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... 152#346152 The 2 engine mounts are the same part number! It might help your diagnosis if you read through the rest of the thread too. Good luck! |

Dear CHessMaster ! Thank you for the great reply! This forum is a HUGE help to KJ owners!!!!!! Would a motor mount be a part of the 7/70 power train warranty? I am guessing that the Jeep guys will say "sorry but no it is not" Tom |
