Since we don't use it anyway, why do we leave this thing in our intake? Does not matter? It's two screws and no more obstruction, however i dont know what to fill it with. I was thinking of hacking the end of it off with a hacksaw or similar and putting it back in. (as a plug) The only thing stopping me is, i don't have a replacement for possible dealer service. What do y'all think? |

poor; Head over to the crd tech only forum, and read the top few threads, they will give you info on the ORM AND EHM. There are ALOT of GOOD posts over there from our fellow crd owners. ORM = disconnecting the MAP and as such, the map is not needed. Thus removing the MAP = removing obstructions in the intake. |

The MAP is the Boost sensor for ECM - also Baro comparison - who suggested that it is not used? Even the MAF is still used after SEGR, and is used to alter the fuel\timing maps for altitude and temperature variations |

He just confused the MAF with the MAP. |
