I forgot to reconnect the MAP plug after cleaning. Wife went to work and it set a CEL. I reconnected upon her return and it seems to run fine, but the CEL remains. My ACTRON pocket scanner indicates "No Codes" so it can't clear the CEL.

Anyone know if it will clear itself after a series of start/stop cycles? If so, any idea how many it should take?

Thanks,

DOC

Other CEL errors take 3 to clear (that's complete warm-up/cool-down).

On a recent 1500 mile vacation trip pulling our 3500 pound travel trailer I was getting intermittent cel's  It would come on and go off with continious driving :? Once back home upon reading the codes I discovered the plug on the MAP was not totally seated
