 Post subject: Anybody replaced an alternator

I just had mine tested and it is only putting out 12.2 amps not enough to keep up with all the stuff on the vehicle. does anybody know about this fusible link and the front control module that controls the amps the alternator can put out to the battery.

I had a bad alternator which they replaced under warranty
