I have had my SEGR (assembled by UFO) for over two months now and I'm not doing very well with arranging a day to really focus and get it done using all the great instructions on this site.

Anyone in my general area willing to take $$ to install it? (I'll bring the Jeep to you.)

Thanks,

DOC

I WISH you had posted this a week ago! I'm leaving New Hampshire for NYC (and points South) tomorrow morning, but I would have been glad to do the install for you. I've had my own running without a problem since October. I actually bought my SEGR before I even had a CRD to install it in!

Yea, yea, I know, modding is a sickness. I have an incurable case of it.

Hey Geordi,

I live in the Poconos (about 100 miles from NYC). I'll be soldering up my SEGR some time soon. If you're interested in a vacation from the Big Apple, let me know. :)

Where in NYC will you be located? I live in westchester county, about 1/2 hour outside the city. Would you mind helping me out with my SEGR kit? Mine is not soldered up yet...still loose parts. Should I send it to UFO to have it assembled, or can you help me out with that as well? Thanks a bunch!

I'm near Worcester, but I'm happy to travel to any of the above states.

SBosco,

Unless you are permanently relocating, how about when you come back?

Thanks,

DOC

I live in Danvers; I assembled and installed mine two weeks ago. I can do it if you can’t find anyone closer to you.

It would be pretty cool to have a SEGR "meet" somewhere central in the region and crank some of these out if there's enough folks interested.

Chris:

That sounds like a great idea, I'd be happy to help install for people at a central meet sometime.

Everyone else:

Sorry, I should have been more clear - I was up at Lake Winnipesaulkee (And I don't know how to spell it) in NH for the summer only. I was working up there as the videographer of a kids summer camp. I was only heading through NYC for a day or two of sightseeing (tour the old stomping ground, etc) and catch a Mets game. They wiped the field with Atlanta , it was a GREAT game! My final destination is back in Florida for a few days, then Savannah for grad school once more.

I'm currently in the last rest stop of the NJ turnpike, stuck. Yep, my CRD has decided to explain that it REALLY wants a lift pump, by stranding me with what I currently believe is a clogged fuel pickup. It was running along just fine, then bingo - stalls out and won't restart even when I try to re-prime. The re-prime also won't pull fuel from the tank, which bothers me right now. I REALLY don't want to have to drop the tank.

I'm going to post another thread asking for advice / info, so I'll let you find the details there.

If anyone needs an SEGR in the Savannah area in about 2 weeks to about Thanksgiving, LMK. I'd be happy to help out, and I like pizzas. :)
