Can i cut the two wires that connect to the solenoid of the EGR to disable it 100% and fit connectors on the ends to re-connect when required.

I don't mind mind driving with CEL on. I have already disconnected the MAF and FCV sensors but i'm battling to remove the EGR connector, i can feel it but can't get it off.

Mack.

Why not just disconnect the plug at the air filter?
If you cut wires stuff happens.
You can always hook it back up when necessary if Mr Pollution Cop gives you the come here little boy finger.
