Post subject:  perforated CAC (?) hose...
I would need help here,
This week end, my CRD started to blow air like a wistle when the turbo is working, e. i. every accelaration.
Fund out that the Hose bringing air from the radiator to the admission was perforated (is that the CAC hose ?)
I fixed it temporarely with tape, asked my garage if they have it in stock: about 250 US$.....

Since 2 days, am trying to find a quote from US based autoparts on line shop.
-Any good shop to indicate me ?
-What is the exact name of that hose ?

Don't spend your money on the stock KJ hoses, buy the Samco ones instead. There is a thread here where you can enter a group buy and get a nice little rebate. The samco hoses won't blow as the stock ones will, so invest your money in a set of Samco ones, as you'll find the price of the hose kits are the same.
