Yep - and they are genuine VM Motori filters made in Italy, for whatever that's worth -

I started using the Mahle filters (even though they were more expensive than the stock one) right up to the moment I sold the jeep. Not sure what to make of the change though. No problems before or after, so I guess it must've been OK.

Sometimes I do miss that VM engine. I am lying, I miss the VM engine every time I put my foot on the accelerator in the TDI :D

Sure don't miss the fuel consumption, with my current speed I will yearly rack up nearly 40,000 miles. That would be expensive in the KJ ;)
