I'd been considering an in-tank pump and reading up on the relevant postings, but I hadn't had any problems with the fuel head leaking, hard starting or rough idle... until this morning. Started, ran for a minute and died. Cranked but wouldn't fire. I'd never bled the fuel head before, but I'd read the postings about people carrying around an 11mm wrench. I'm now one of those people. A few bleed cycles later and I'm on the road.

The information I got from reading LOST KJ saved me time and money, some of which I've now put into a lifetime membership.

A million thanks.

Welcome to LOST then ;)

If you think you're about to save some money, think again. These guys will make you mod that KJ like there is no tomorrow :)

Gotta agree on the above! There is no cure for the Jeep disease. It just attacks your wallet constantly!

This is THE website.
Jury is still out on my KJ, super idea, poor implementation by Jeep/Chrysler/Daimler.
Folks here have been there, done it and some have the T shirt.
The rattle and turbo boost does tend to grow on you.

Be sure to check those plugs on the filter head for burn-out and leaking!
