Can anybody give me some feedback on the Racor CCV 4500 , CCV 6000 or CCV 8000 versus the Provent 200.

Which of the three Racor models are suitable for the CRD or similar to the Provent 200 and do both types require filter replacement or filter maintenance.

According to maesco.com

"Traditionally, the crankcase flow rate can be calculated as follows: Rated horsepower / 40 = cubic feet per minute (CFM). "

CRD = 160 Hp / 40 = 4 CFM (i.e. the smallest one). This makes sense as these units are designed for much bigger motors.

I do see that the Racors have opposed inlet/outlet design. You'll have to think about physical placement as it's pretty tight under the hood.

And of course, don't forget to take and post photos.
