Has anybody cleaned their intercooler without removing it and would using an air compressor to blow through some cleaning fluid from the top of the intercooler do any damage. |

Unless you are an Engineer who designs compressors or a Physicist who loves working with Boils' Law, it will take less time to pull the Intercooler and take it to a shop, than do the calculations and get the right size compressor to blow the cleaner through it. |
