I trades for a used CRD and the owners manual was missing...anyone know how i can obtain one cheap and easy?
On a second note, i need to change the oil but don't have the manual to see how much oil i need to buy...how many quarts do these little guys hold?

FYI - have you checked the slot behind the glove compartment door - but above the glove compartment?
it's a special slot just for the manual - and it's not real obvious.

I bought my CRD used and insisted that it had to have a owners manual. I could not figure out why the manual did not fit in the glove box without getting in the way. A couple of months later I found the original manual in the slot behind the O'poop bar. Seems the salesman at the Jeep place didn't know where the manual was either.

Wow, three years and 31000 miles later and I learn of the slot. All this time I had my manual in the passengers door pocket. Thanks for the info.

I had the dealer order me one when I bought my CRD cause I couldn't find it either. Found it a week later when shoving stuff in the glovebox. I felt pretty dumb. Glad to see others were fooled by those sneaky chrysler guys too.
