That looks too fancy I cut a plastic milk jug open in the middle ran my crankcase tube in through the neck installed my filter on the hose and stuff the milk jug with folded up paper towels about every month I keep the open end of the milk jug aimed towards that pulley that on the heater recirculater thing of ma bob that I unhooked last year. It's been working great for 2 years now no problems. |

Id be interested in seeing that set up. especially the filter attached to the hose. Right now my EHM hose just drains on the ground and smokes a lot. Id like to at least cut down on the smoke that comes out of the EHM |

Well I don't have any pictures but I do not have the stock air box in place any more I have a custom made inlet tube hooked to the rubber inlet and I use a big round wix air filter I can give you the filter # if you want it. I run a tie wrap through one of the opening on the metal that surrounds the filter element and connect it to the front cross member that the air conditioning line lays on that way it does not sag any and stays level and does not stress the rubber inlet tube any. the milk jug just lays under that large filter with the open part of the milk jug open towards the center of the engine. So Then the air filter does not ingest any fumes from the open crankcase ventilation tube and filter. |

id like something to catch it when i hook it up so it doesn't dribble all over the place. I would also like it lower so if i somehow splash water in there it wont muck anything up. I have just a vent on my dragster but don't think that will be any good on a offroad vehicle. Milk jug idea sounds pretty good but how does it look? is it out of view? |

It is kind of out of view, you have to look down into the engine just above the fender well so it sits down kind of low. If you look at the engine from the front bumper you probably would not see it. I used to run the hose down to the frame where I attached it with a zip tie to the frame but sometimes you could see fumes coming out from under the vehicle on the passenger side, much worse on a hot summer day. People used to look at me at stop lights. |

Why don't you run a length of hose from the CCV to about an inch from the exhaust tip. It works well and the gasses escaping from the exhaust mask the smoke exiting from the hose so it doesn't look strange. |

also ordered a pressure relief valve just in case. running a hose to the exhaust tip would be too messy in my mind. Im weird... even if it works for others |

Well in that case rather buy the Provent which is what most of the guys are using at the moment and works well. Believe me, i have tried many contraptions and basically the two that work the best are the Provent and the EHM. Although the EHM might be messy, no crap is going through your turbo and inlet manifold where your system will still allow a small percentage of oil through, maybe i'm just paranoid. |

I'm running a Provent, and I have a drain tube that comes out under the vehicle next to the oil filter. I'm amazed at the amount of oil that pours out after 5,000 miles. I can't imagine that getting sucked into my turbo. |
