I'm considering a set of BF's but the tread pattern on the AT looks like they could be noisy and give a hard ride on the highway as the sidewalls felt less forgiving than other brands i had looked at. How do you guys rate them.... Please reply on the BF's and not any other brand ![]() |

SORRY FOLKS, BF DON'T PRODUCE A 235/65/17 ACCORDING TO THEIR CATALOGUE SO I'LL HAVE TO LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE. |

BFG Commercial T/A 215/85/16 LRE LT tires... Quiet on the highway, better mileage than stock, and if you keep them aired to about 50/60 psi, the ride isn't too bad at all. I wouldn't run them much softer than that, but they can handle it. I've had mine on for 30k miles now, and no signs of the wear markers appearing on the back, the front look brand-new. I don't rotate my tires anymore, so the rear SHOULD be wearing harder than the steer tires with all the hauling I do. I like these a lot. |

BFG 215/16, Load Range D. Great tires off road, towing and surprisingly, on the road too. Wear great. If I were never going off road I might look at another tire but I am really happy with these. |

I have a set of BFG AT KO's on my 2006 and they are the best AT tires I have ever owned. Period. |

Are they 16 or 17" on your 2006. |

It has 16" rims. The BFG tires were expensive but they are awesome in the snow. I rarely have to put it in 4x4 anymore. They are also relatively quiet and seem to be wearing well so far, although I only have about 5k miles on them. |
