Go figure...when none of us have any money to spare I found this...

A 2.8 CRD limited....ok so it has the steering wheel on the wrong side but it is repairable for next to nothing or I could have a mega donor vehicle to convert my 2.5 into a 2.8...darn...

450€ is $567 :?

Ow what the ...I cannot let this one walk, just made him an offer. Lets see where this goes. So the interior doesn't fit but the engine will and so do the fenders, I could convert my '02 into an '05 with this one!

It looks like British number plate, so I presume the insurance company has decided to cut its losses and scrap it in Spain.

Is it really 450€ for the whole vehicle? (I haven't got the hang of the Spanish language - yet). Our scrap merchants would expect nearer 3000€ for something similar!

woops...I got a very unpleasant email from the seller, telling me to stop bothering him with stupid offers.

He sold the interior for $1000
Has the Engine and tranny reserved at $2750...etc. So he's parting it out.

The only stupid one here is he, in the add it states:

Fors sale: Jeep Cherokee for parts. 450€

It doesn't say: Parting out JEEP Cherokee.

Nevermind.... :?

Like every Country the Brits have their share of dim wits. Once I had a Brit convinced that I could pick out the best glass of Gunniss by placing a very sharp knife in the glass and letting go of the handle. I told him the best glass would only let the knife fall the direction of the cutting edge. He was a parts salesman who had no grasp of the Laws of Physics and that any curved knife would fall that direction, even in an empty glass. His comment to me was that I must like it DARK

Tony: That guy must be his Cousin.

Man I would be all over the spare tire carrier and the tailights. The headlamps are for RHD so no need for them. Oh and the turn signal stock. and maybe the signal repeaters.
