Someone indicated a while back that replacing the fan clutch can be a real bear.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to keep the time involved to a minimum (without hurting something)?

Thanks,

DOC

Doc,

That thread is still alive and moved up toward the top again with some good suggestions. Since I have made a special tool similar to the Jeep special tool the job will take me around an hour next time because I will slice the fan shroud to facilitate removal. I just haven't decided where to slice it yet.
