This is not a CRD specific problem, but it did happen in a CRD  Does anybody know how get a CD out of the stock radio if the eject button does not work. My buddy had the honor of being the first person to play a CD in the Jeep and know his CD is stuck there. Any help would be appreciated.

The link is in the CRD Tech section. I would try disconnecting the battery cable for a few, reconnecting it and hope the CD eject motor frees up. Otherwise, read the manual, pull the radio and pop off the cover to remove the stuck CD. Don't be shocked if you find items that can never play any music in there along with the CD. If it is a folded up $1000 bill, you can buy a great radio to put in it's place. if it is a credit card, I bet it was reported as stolen by now. Good luck |
