Try a Google search on Webster Radiator. Large shop in Concord NC, have their own website where you can look up parts. Not only can they supply you with a replacement radiator (aftermarket), they're also bloody good at repairing/rebuilding old ones - they fixed the rad out of the wrecked '87 MB - plugged 3 damaged tubes, cleaned, boiled, flushed, and pressure tested - only cost me $65.

No use trying to repair a plastic side tanked aluminum core radiator,cheaper to replace then fix.Now the older copper radiators is a different thing,much easier to fix then replace.

That IS the type that's in the '87 MB. Cheaper to replace my stupid - even a generic aftermarket replacement would have run over $200, a Nissens or Behr $250 or better.

But then it did help that the shop I used specializes in radiator, cooling, and A/C work, and that I was able to simply drive over and show them the rad to see if it was repairable (ie, no shipping costs), and they had plenty of expertise in repairing radiators for the trucking companies and heavy equipment operators in the area.

Also, rad was only 3 to 5 years old at most, and damage was very specific and limited - 3 tubes knocked out of the metal sidewall at one end by a fan blade - easy fix with insignificant reduction in cooling capacity.

Original poster didn't mention the type or extent of the damage - obviously, if it's damaged to the extent that they'd have to plug off half the tubes or replace the core and/or replace one or both of the end tanks, it would be an exercise in futility trying to repair it - in that case, the easier/quicker/and most likely cheaper method would be to swap in a new rad.
