I have a very strange problem on the serpent belt, I was hearing a whining sound, so yesterday I checked and the serpent belt had narrowed from 5 to 4 channels, so I took the emergency belt I had and changed, every thing went good, until today, started to whine again so I checked and on the water heater was shift one channel to the front, so the belt is mounted on the border of the pulley, I'm very lost on this issue as I have no idea where could be the problem.
