I have an Amsoil bypass filter on my diesel long wheelbase Samurai. Has anyone done a bypass oil filter on their CRD yet? Im interested in ideas. There doesnt appear to be much room in the ole engine compartment..... Tom |

I know of one person, but he sold the CRD. His bypass was situated behind the battery. |

We have an MG-30 bypass on ours installed in front of the battery. Line runs from the pressure sensor around the front, to the bypass, and then returns to the oil cap. |

FYI - 08k's http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=243410#243410 someone said they saw a system with the bypass low next to frame rail - but they never posted pictures. |
