Was about to come home from work and order my Provent, when my Dad calls me about a place 5 minutes from my house with Provent 200 for 129.95. Passed by after work and drove home with my Provent. And then to top it off my Dad passes by with 2 booklets on the Provent,Biohazard KJ CRD's writeup, and all the stainless hose clamps. ![]() Thought I'd pass along a deal when I come across one.The guy at the counter was curious as to what I was going to use it on,because he doesn't sell too many of them over the counter. When I told him of the Jeep CRD he said I was his first Jeep, and then went on about how many he ships out to the Volkswagn guys.Told him he might be hearing from more Jeepers. ![]() Reliable Industries,Inc. So what ultimately made you go with the Provent over just the EHM? |

I do a lot of camping and I have a dual battery /inverter setup,so I often idle the jeep for a charge. Not much I can do about the exhaust but if I can get rid of the EHM smell and oil deposits"Why not?" Besides that, the price was right! I got my SEGR yesterday so if you wanna do the dang thang,I'll Provent and SEGR tomorrow if you down. For the local CRD's Reliable Filter is located behind the Entergy bld. off Jefferson Hwy,by the Huey P. Long bridge. |

The fiter media is synthetic - clean it with Diesel fuel or paint thinner, damp-dry with paper towels, or autozone engine cleaner in the orange and white can with a hot-water rinse, self-drying by evaporation - replacement filters are ~$45 - try it, you'll like it................... |

Location of choice on U.S. versions seems to be on the passenger side just behind the vacuum boost controller for the turbo, outboard the coolant tank. |
