Help... Stuck on vaction. I'm supposed to leave hilton head tomorrow morning and my jeep will not go into gear. The shifter just slides through all the gears but none will work. Its stuck in park. Any ideas???????

Sounds like the mechanical detent cable is broke or loose - or the range switch is broke or disconnected
