Last week we were on a 2K mile round trip pulling our camper. In the middle of it in horrendous weather I kept blowing the 40amp engine starter fuse in the engine compartment. I went under to look at the starter and there was a wet(from rain) wire bundle drooping down right onto the started lead, shorting it out. a couple zip-ties solved the problem. Just wanted to pass that on in case someone finds themselves blowing that fuse. |
