I'm not a specialist in suspension and I have an ARB bull bar. The front starts to sag quite a bit. I was thinking about getting the OME 790 and 798 with Bilsteins shock and struts for the stock KJ all around. Anyone tried this? What do you think?

I have an ARB bumper on a CRD and the OME790 coils are great up front, 948's are for the rear

(no idea about 798's - Google thinks those are for a Honda CRV??)

If you have questions about lift's - All J's is a great reference - they know KJ's

You're right, 948. Are they ok with the stock shocks and struts? Do you need to relocate or change any brake line?

You will need to fabricate a bracket on the rear to keep the brake line from getting pulled on domestic 06's. Not sure about yours, but you can see the brake line on the left rear, by the wheel. That will need to be lowered a couple inches or so or it could pull out at full flex.

How about using the oem (jeep) shocks (or stock length) with ome springs? Does it works?

The front will be okay but you will need longer rear shocks, the OME N132's will be the correct length. But if your going to rip it all apart might as well replace the front shocks also since it's all apart(no they are not struts, the KJ uses a coil over system).

I was thinking about going with Bilstein HD shocks with the OME springs to make the whole rig more steady. I can probably fabricate the brake line relocation bracket for the back. I measured and my little tractor should still fit in my garage with a 2" lift. I think for the back I need a set of durango or dakota shocks, right? The rancho 17004 was for those 2 trucks.
