My CRD every time it turm off shake, so I took the hose where the flow control valve is and the flapper is not closing at all. I took the Segr off and put the bypass and the valve close and the crd shot off very smooth.
????? what is the problem with the segr it seems that is working, the light is off on the dashboard and I do not see any essues with the jeep.

Sounds like the relay is cooked.
I have no time right now but if you find my post where I provided a circuit to test the SEGR, there is a picture with a simple voltage test for the relay.

I test the relay and it work, check points and they open and close; maybe I have a problem with Im 324 but I remove wire #9 from tcm t41 to c2-17 and still do the samething I think that the wiring from the afc in and output are ok because when I use the bypass plug the afc works ok (close at shotoff engine)now what else I can check. It seen to me the the SEGR is working becouse I do not have any engine light on.

I notice that when you open and close the ignition swicht (with the plug on), the flapper make a sound but it does not close, now when I have the SEGR pluged in and the engine is running, I turn it off flapper doesn't close but it makes the same sound without closing.

Squeeto has identified and you have confirmed what the issue must be. Either the relay contacts are toast, or you are not getting the transmission signal into the box to trip the relay. Can you hear the relay kick out in when you take the transmission out of park? If so, perhaps the contacts aren't working and you need to replace the relay. Otherwise, trace the signal along pin 9 and find out where it breaks.

Neither the LM324 or the LM339s have anything to do with the problem.

Sorry, I just posted at the same time. I am not sure if it came through. Here it is again.

No. There are two parts to the circuit. The LM324 controls the MAF signals and the relay controls the AFC valve.

Did you just put voltage to the pins and listen for a click or did you test per my instructions for output voltage levels?

If you did the test as in the instructions and it passed, then the relay 'loaded' by the AFC needs to be tested next.

The relay will click every time the ignition is turned off and on when in Park or Neutral.
The valve will move when in Park or Neutral and when the trucks CPU puts voltage to pin 7.

Put the SEGR back in and measure pin 7 voltage at engine shut down. Push a needle through the wire if you like for the positive lead and clip the negative to the frame. The voltage at pin 8 should be the same for shutdown.

If the contacts in the relay are burnt, you may see no problem on the bench. When you put a load on it (like the valve), the resistance of the burnt contact steals some of the voltage. The valve may move slightly but not enough to do the job.

Now I check voltage on #7 and #8 and I do have voltage on at open ignition and when I shotdown voltage stay on for about 10 seconds and shotoff. For what I anderstand you said voltage at shotdown, witch means that at open switch voltage should not be present at pint 7 or 8. Witch means that if the SERG works as it should the relay should be off. but having the relay activated now that flapper should be close at all time sofocating the engine. why is this happening.
HELPOOOOOO. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

The relay takes voltage from the "+12V Ign" line to the CPU. The relay stays energized for some seconds after you key off. This is good.

If you have no voltage to the AFC valve, it stays open. The segr is giving voltage to the valve to close it when you shut down the engine.

Found the problem after serching and serching Pin #9 was not making good contact with the other side it was a miracle that I found it but I did, now after fixing it work great.

I want the thanks all of you for helping me to solve the tremendous problem. But one thing I should said is that with your help I have learn a lot about the SEGR. :pepper: :pepper:
