any body had any issues with the tensioner, pulley on mine is junk, new tensioner hard to find and very pricey, cheapest one from a dealer is 165.00. can't seem to find any after market part, thinking of changing the pulley only and see if that will do, even they are scarce. any suggestions.05 liberty crd 95k original owner.

Howdy choochoo welcome to LOST

The serpentine belt tensioner tends to die at the same time and in conjunction with the alternator decoupler puller - the symptoms are very similar. The decoupler isolates the alternator from the engine pulses.
