I did a little jump and a sound like an open exhaust occurrs. Plenty of backpressure at the tailpipe.
The pipe is not detached from the turbo, the samco intercooler hose is attached.
What is wrong???

Your EGR pipe could be cracked at the flange where it attaches to the exhaust header with the clamp. This is a known problem due to bad welds on the pipe flange. Remove the turbo heat shield and you should be able to see it at the back of the manifold. These things should be fixed under warranty.

Many Thanks Glend!
This sounds about right I thought I saw something resembling a separated EGR pipe.
How difficult is this to remove? repair?
I am out of warranty.

I had mine changed under warranty so the service guys did it. I have heard that it is possible to remove through the EGR valve side if you loosen and relocate the fuel head you can reach down there to the EGR valve end where it is bolted on. It looks like a real B****d of job unless you have really small hands.
