Looks like Glend is correct.
The ERG pipe separated at the attachment clamp.
I checked his part numbers but they did not match on Mopartsamerica.com
EGR Pipe CHK68020537aa
Clamp Kit Pipe CHK05142994aa

Any words of advise?

Glend in Australia has (if I remember correct) a 2007 KJ which had a different EGR system with different pipes. These are completely different than that found on all 05/06MY KJs.

You need to make sure that you are ordering the correct part, but since 2007 is export only it shouldn't be an issue since ordering the wrong part will be rejected.

Those part numbers don't match anything in my copy of the parts fiche.

I just replaced some plumbing on my vehicle because I thought I had a bad flange. Turned out to be good. You can have my good used pipe (will provide part number and actual part) for cost of shipping if it will help you.

Sorry about the part #, somethings are the same and some are obviously different.

Just be carefull your not putting a problem back in with a second hand pipe. The bad EGR pipes are characterised by incomplete or faulty welding on the flange end ( mine only had a couple of spots holding the flange to the pipe). The replacement pipes have a better welding bead (so I am told by my service guys). I guess if you were a good welder you could fix it up a second hand one or fix your original.

I also seem to recall that someone on here blanked the end of the pipe off when they put in their EGT probe.
