My 2006 CRD Radiator is toast after 55000 miles - no accidents, just crapped out. Been posting under the "Fun Money Pit".

Dealership says none in system. Have to wait indefinitely...? Thanks to a couple of posts under the "Fun Money Pit", I have a couple of leads to check Monday (or Tuesday if the holiday is observed). Every on-line parts store I've checked indicates there is no CRD radiator available, which confirms the dealership info. Lots of gas engine parts.

Meanwhile, of course, can't use it. Appreciate any help. (thanks again, GDE, Rich and others).

Anybody know of a replacement or a used one. Anything?

Saw a bunch of new CRD radiator postings on eBay last night but did not price them out. Just type Liberty CRD into the search box.
Good Luck

Thanks for the leads. I found a used on and will try that. I addition, after warning me it might take 4 to 5 months to get a radiator from the Chrysler inventory, if it actually is available, the dealership says there might be a new one coming in a couple weeks. $340+- price.

So I may be able to continue using this peculiar vehicle after all. My backup plan was to modify the from end so I could install some other radiator - preferably all metal. I was thinking of modifying the front end to look like a Peterbuilt long nose.

Hopefully, all will end well.

Thanks for the help.
