Make sure you use the correct fluid
It can be hard to find but NAPA sells Zerex G5 and that's what you need 
DO NOT USE DEX-COOL

I am at about 80k and have an '05 I bought new. I know that the coolant is supposed to be changed at 100k/5 years, but does this really need to be done with only 80k miles? |

I had mine flushed @ 28k only because I saw crap in the over flow tank and read about casting sand accumulating. I'm at almost 4 years and 50k and it still looks like brand new. |
