When I am in motion under power, I hear the sound. This happens both when I accelerate or hold steady speed, but not when stopped with transmission in gear. It seems like I can dampen the sound when holding slight hand pressure on the shifter. Any ideas?? Thanks

Transfer case? Maybe the chain is stretched and the case is in need of service? Just a thought..

Could be the chain in the transfer case I guess, but shouldn't be stretched cause I don't think I have ever even had her in 4wd except driving in snow once. Would a torque converter going bad jingle like this?
