When I am in motion under power, I hear the sound. This happens both when I accelerate or hold steady speed, but not when stopped with transmission in gear. It seems like I can dampen the sound when holding slight hand pressure on the shifter. Any ideas?? Thanks |

Transfer case? Maybe the chain is stretched and the case is in need of service? Just a thought.. |

Could be the chain in the transfer case I guess, but shouldn't be stretched cause I don't think I have ever even had her in 4wd except driving in snow once. Would a torque converter going bad jingle like this? |
