What do you all think about this Innova 3100e diagnostic tool?

Bought it at Wally World for $98.00, and works OK so far.

I've got the 3100c. It works OK on the whole but does have some communications problems - only with the CRD. No surprise there then

I have the 3160 and it works as well, it also does ABS. Communication is not always perfect, but has been doable on my 2 CRDS.

I have 3 Innovas:

3030: Works very well for engine codes on CRD (different platform from the other two below)

3120: Useless on CRD

3160: Works for ABS codes on CRD and nothing else

And yes, our '05 has supposedly had all the factory updates and others claim they get good results with the 3120/3160

Conclusion: Try to make sure you can return ANY scanner you purchase
