For what it's worth a sales person told me that GMAC is now covering the warranty

We have a 7/70 premium ESP purchased in 2007. Just want to clarify that we have had over two thousand of dollars of warranty work done by our local Jeep dealer since the FIAT takeover with absolutely no problem. The same $100 deductible has been honored and the dealer has only charged a single deductible when two or three unrelated problems have been addressed during a single visit. I know there was a lot of concern about honoring factory warranties after the takeover, but our experience has been very good. We have already recovered far more than the original $1700 cost and still have two more years and 35K left to go. DOC |

In all seriousness - Congratulations. You have a good dealer, and (IMHO) have the only thing that enables support like that, a PAID warranty. I tend to believe that they will treat the people that bought their warranty better than the ones who are using a factory freebie. |

Joe, Strongly suggest you ask to look at the BOX your new TC comes in, BEFORE they install it. That's the ONLY way to make sure you get the new "euro" TC. (The stickers and casting numbers on the TC itself are useless. However, if the box has the right number, you should be good.) DOC |
